B2B Sales Manager – Wholesale & Retail (K-Beauty)

Coordinate with Marketing and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
Lead, train, and manage the B2B sales team to achieve sales targets.
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for Wholesale & Retailer channels.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and propose improvement plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and cosmetic stores.
Manage accounts receivable, sales forecasting, and periodic reporting.
Negotiate contracts, pricing policies, discounts, and commercial terms.
Yêu cầu công việc
At least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in Wholesale & Retailer channels.
Strong network with distributors and retail chains is a plus.
Must have experience in K- Beauty / Cosmetics industry.
English or Korean communication skills are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
