BA - Business Analyst (ERP – DEWS Framework)

Key Responsibilities: Conduct As- Is / To- Be process analysis and map business flows into ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Java/Spring development team to define business logic and APIs.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare BRD, FSD, and User Stories.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements for ERP modules (Accounting, HR, Logistics, Sales).
Key Responsibilities: Support UAT and validate data migration processes.
Key Responsibilities: Manage change requests and requirement updates.
Project Overview: Next- Generation ERP System Construction based on Douzone DEWS Framework.

Understanding of RDBMS structure and logic (MSSQL/Oracle).
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Spring Boot or eGovFrame.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a BA in ERP or enterprise systems.
Preferred Qualifications: English or Korean communication skills are a plus.
Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Accounting, HR, Purchasing/Sales).
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DEWS Framework projects.
Ability to read and understand Java/Spring technical documentation.
