We are looking for a skilled Backend PHP Developer to build and maintain web applications and APIs. You will play a key role in developing efficient backend logic, managing databases, and ensuring high performance across multiple projects.

About the Role

Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
Optimize code for performance, scalability, and security.
Develop, test, and deploy backend applications using PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter).
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with front- end teams to integrate user- facing elements with server- side logic.

Qualifications

Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
3+ years of experience in backend development using PHP.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
Strong knowledge of at least one modern PHP framework (preferably Laravel).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and basic DevOps tools.
