Bakery and Cafe - Store Manager

We are looking for a hands- on Store Manager with heart, someone who truly enjoys serving people and working closely with the team.
Sharon Bakery is a small, cozy artisan bakery & café located in Thao Dien, serving mainly expat families and local residents.

Key Responsibilities
Job Overview
Oversee daily store operations, including service quality, staff scheduling, and floor management.
Personally welcome and engage with guests, especially international families and regular customers.
Support front- of- house, baristas, and kitchen staff when needed — this is a hands- on role.
Maintain a warm, clean, and friendly store environment at all times.
Train and guide team members to deliver consistent, heartfelt service.
Handle customer feedback and daily situations calmly and professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Previous experience as a Store Manager, Supervisor, or Shift Leader in a bakery, café, or small restaurant.
A supportive, hands- on leadership style — willing to work alongside the team.
Responsible, reliable, and looking for long- term stability.
Comfortable working in a small, close- knit team environment.
A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
Requirements
Good English communication skills (daily interaction with foreign customers).
