Prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts, and event details
Maximize revenue and achieve assigned sales targets
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction before, during, and after events
Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients
Liaise with operations teams to ensure flawless event delivery
Promote and sell banquet, meeting, and event facilities of the hotel
Handle client inquiries and conduct site inspections
Yêu cầu công việc
Creativity and flexibility in work.
Proficiency in English is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Fluent in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
At least 1 year of experience in sales, particularly in the hospitality industry.
