Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive in- room services, including unpacking and packing luggage, garment care (pressing, organizing wardrobe), and detailed room preparation aligned with guest preferences
Proactively anticipate guest needs, preferences, and potential concerns, taking initiative to exceed expectations and resolve issues before they arise
Deliver consistently high standards of personalized and intuitive service to guests throughout the entire guest journey, from pre- arrival arrangements to departure, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience
Ensure all guest amenities, special requests, and personalized touches are prepared and delivered in a timely and consistent manner
Maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling guest information and interactions, especially for VIP and long- stay guests
Create and deliver bespoke experiences by coordinating special occasions, celebrations, or personalized services that enhance the overall guest journey
Establish a strong understanding of guest preferences, profiles, and expectations by reviewing guest history and engaging in meaningful interactions, with the aim of creating emotional connection and guest loyalty
Conduct in- room check- in and check- out procedures in a professional, efficient, and discreet manner, ensuring accuracy of guest information and compliance with hotel standards

Requirements:
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours when required
Well- organized with attention to detail
Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
Fresh graduates are welcome for entry- level positions
Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
