Key Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation (cutting, marinating, portioning).
Follow food safety regulations (HACCP, hygiene standards).
Monitor food stock and support receiving and storage.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and serving areas.
Prepare and cook meals for associates as per menu and schedule.
Support other kitchen tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Chef.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet internal standards.
Minimize food waste and control costs.

Requirements:

Well- organized with attention to detail
Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours when required
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)

Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome for entry- level positions
