Bar Captain

Job Purpose: Responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring high service standards, beverage quality, and guest satisfaction. Supports management in staff training, inventory control, and revenue enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:

Personally serve VIP guests or handle complex situations to ensure guest satisfaction.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Supervise daily operations of the bar to ensure smooth and professional service.
Manage inventory, place orders, conduct regular stocktaking, and minimize loss.
Coordinate with other departments (Kitchen, Front Office, Events,…) to support guest needs.
Assist in developing new beverage menus with management and the creative team.
Guide, train, and support bar staff to follow proper procedures and standards.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and occupational health and safety standards in accordance with 5- star hotel requirements.
Ensure beverages are prepared according to recipes, aesthetics, and hotel quality standards.

Well- groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
Hardworking, eager to learn and proactive at work.
1- 2 years of working experience in the same position at Hotels/ Resorts.
Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
Proficient in English for communication and reporting.
In- depth knowledge of spirits, cocktails, mixology, and bar service.
