- Integration into the overall team through cooperation and collaboration with other departments
- Ensuring that the bar cards (prices, offer) and the values stored in the POS system (recipes, prices) are up to date
- Carrying out daily service briefings
- Knowledge of the wine list
- Responsible for staff training: ROBINSON service & F&B standards, recipes, HACCP and specialised training as well as documentation as part of the CTS
- Responsibility for stock levels, requirements, incoming goods inspection and correct storage for own area
- Role model function
- Constant quality control of the products used and recommendations to the purchasing department if necessary
- Responsibility for achieving the planned turnover and implementing sales promotion measures, turnover control
- Responding to guest needs, host function
- Participation in F&B meetings
- Knowledge of the products used & good guest advice
- Implementation and documentation of hygiene and safety regulations in the bar area (HACCP)
- Ensuring smooth operations in the bar area
- Active participation in the operational processes of the individual bar outlets as required
- Responsibility for complete & correct mise- en- place at all bar stations
- Support in the planning and realisation of F&B special promotions
- Enforcement of ROBINSON standards in terms of portfolio, serving form, serving measures and recipes
- Responsibility for completeness, cleanliness, maintenance, repair & determination of replacement requirements for all equipment, machines & materials in the bar area
- Responsibility for internal goods movements of cash products and their complete documentation
- Carrying out inventories in collaboration with F&B Controlling
- Knowledge of the product range, price structure and content of the bar menu
- Ensuring correct service processes (advice, production, service, booking)
- Carrying out ROBINlife host tasks, e.g.:
Participation in the arrival and departure service for guests
Involvement in the evening show and evening programme
Carrying out cookery activities
Yêu cầu công việc
- Effective time management and operational skills
- Previous experience working in a bar/club within a hotel or resort environment
- Good command of English for work purposes (knowledge of German is an advantage)
- Strong ability to manage, supervise, and work effectively within a team
- Good communication skills with a strong customer- service orientation
- Good physical condition, professional appearance, and a “can- do” attitude
- College/University degree or relevant vocational qualification
