Bar Manager

- Handle guest feedback and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily bar operations across all hotel outlets.
- Develop and update beverage menus, promotions, and cocktail programs.
- Ensure high standards of beverage quality, service, hygiene, and safety.
- Train, supervise, and support bartenders and service associates.
- Monitor stock levels, control beverage costs, and coordinate purchasing.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and service flow.

- Have good English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, problem- solving, and customer service skills.
- Have strong knowledge of bar operations, beverages, cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Ability to lead and manage the bar team effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment.
- Skilled in inventory control, cost management, and POS systems.
