Oversee the bar&039;s working tools, including tables and chairs, cups, cups, working tools, and related items.
At the end of the shift, double- check all work and make a complete handover to the next shift or, if necessary, the F&B Manager.
As needed, perform cashiering, payment collection, and reporting.
Oversee all service personnel in their area of responsibility. Organize service personnel to complete the task.
Ensure food hygiene and safety, as well as service quality in accordance with standards
Assign staff and collaborate with coworkers to prepare for shift. Before serving, double- check the prep work.
Carry out other tasks delegated by superiors.
Coaching and training staff in serving and bartending techniques
In some cases, directly perform the work as an employee.

Qualification:
A minimum of one year in a similar role in the restaurant/hotel industry.
Being able to mix drinks, including wines, cocktails...
Possess a forward- thinking attitude, be diligent, and be able to work in shifts.
English communication skills
Possess a professional diploma in tourism, foreign languages, bartending, or a related industry.
Posses managerial abilities
