Barista (Nhân Viên Pha Chế)

We are looking for candidates for our District 1 stores
Ensuring that all customers are educated on our products and services
Serving and presenting alcohol and non – alcohol beverages quickly and efficiently according to the Company’s standard
Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer- service standards
Taking orders and delivering of beverages to patrons
Maintaining cleanliness and mise- en- place level at working station and service pantry for smooth operation
Clearing and re setting stations / drinking areas
Handling customer complains
Preserving excellent levels of internal and external customer service

Proven experience as a Barista, showcasing Coffee Knowledge and Latte Art skills.
Enthusiasm
Communication skills
Presentable and good – looking appearance, sparkling (shining, flashing and energetic look)
Vocational diploma in: restaurant, hospitality management
Listening skills
Teamwork
Humility – openness to criticisms/ideas
