Bartender

• Being responsible for checking bar and inventorying exactly with other Bartenders and reporting if any disparity
• Supporting bar arrangement and bar service for banquet activities
• Complying with procedures of food safety management system which includes purchasing, receiving and storing bar’s ingredients
• Understanding about different types of cocktails, drinks, bartender techniques and appropriate service for types and brands of alcoholic drinks
• Assisting in arranging furniture before, during or after service time if required
• Offering effective, friendly and thoughtful services which meet or exceed guest expectations
• Knowing how to pour draft beer, bottled beer, how to use shaking equipment,
• Working closely with Stewards and House Keeping Department’s staffs on bar operation to ensure smooth work
• Making broken and damaged report in correct order
• Engaging in the drinks preparation and serving in compliance with standards and procedures
• Being responsible for inventory, sanitation, order and working condition of bar equipment, glasses and others in working area
• Performing other tasks assigned by management level
• Being responsible for preparing more bar products/ ingredients based on number of possible inventory and implementing rule “first in, first out”
• Understanding about wine serving and wine menus to satisfy all guest’ requests
• Performing duties and tasks in the service area as directed timely and in accordance with standards
• Washing, cleaning and storing glasses, bar tools in accordance with procedures

• Graduating from high school and higher
• Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the same position
• Computer: Not required
• Other skills: Have skills to work independently and in groups, organizational skills, work arrangement, and situation handling
• Foreign languages: English communication
