Beauty Advisor

Their role would involve understanding customer needs, offering solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Beauty Advisor has a very important role – is a bridge between doctors and clients, and is the brand ambassador of Grace Skincare Clinic in conveying our core values to customers
On a daily basis, a Beauty Advisor will:

Support other tasks as required by the direct Manager and Board of Directors
Propose ideas/suggestion to Marketing based on insight gain from contact with clients
Maintain on- going support for clients, get feedback, find out their satisfaction with the treatment results and experience; seeking for referral from satisfying clients
Working hour: 5.5 days / week, 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM from Monday – to Friday, 09:00 AM – 07:00 PM Saturday, Sunday. (1 day off and half a morning / week except Saturday, Sunday)
Build long- term relationships with customers as a trusted consultant
Directly meet with the clients to understand the needs, expectation, priority,… and offer a solution to solve their issues based on the Doctor’s recommendations/instructions, address objections and close the deal as appropriate

Graduated from College/University, preferably in Nursing/Medical/Pharmacy or related fields
Female candidates
Dedicated, confident, likes to communicate, chat, and take care of customers
Good English communication
Passionate about Internal Medicine Aesthetic Dermatology, skin care is an advantage
Have at least 1 year of experience working as a Pharmacist, Cosmetic Pharmacy, Internal Medicine Aesthetic Dermatology Consultant, Beauty Service Consultant, etc.
