Operations Management
Ensure proper setup, cleanliness, and maintenance of the bar area (counter, equipment, outdoor seating)
Coordinate with related departments (Kitchen, Service, Engineering) to ensure smooth operations
Schedule and allocate staff based on occupancy, weather conditions, and outdoor events
Monitor service procedures, beverage preparation time, and overall guest experience
Manage daily Beach Bar operations, ensuring service standards and product quality
Revenue & Sales
Organize promotions, happy hours, and events (DJ performances, sunset parties, etc.)
Develop and update beverage menus aligned with the Beach Bar concept (cocktails, mocktails, signature drinks)
Monitor daily revenue and analyze customer trends to optimize sales performance
Train the team on upselling techniques to increase revenue per guest
Cost Control
Control beverage cost and standardize pouring cost
Conduct regular stock- taking and cost reporting
Manage inventory, ordering, and minimize waste and loss
People Management
Recruit, train, and develop bar staff
Evaluate staff performance and build a succession pipeline
Prepare duty rosters aligned with Beach Bar operations
Provide training on mixology, service standards, and hygiene
Guest Experience
Ensure friendly, professional, and engaging service
Create a vibrant Beach Bar atmosphere aligned with the concept (music, lighting, ambiance)
Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and effectively
Compliance & Safety
Control responsible alcohol service in accordance with regulations
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and labor regulations
Ensure safety under outdoor conditions (wind, rain, beachfront environment)

Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and F&B trends
Flexible working hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Experience managing a Beach Bar or outdoor outlet is an advantage
Good skills in operations, cost control, and team management
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Bar/F&B operations, preferably in resorts or beach clubs
Ability to work under pressure in an outdoor environment
Good command of English communication
