Job Description

Generate clash detection reports and other relevant reports from 3D models.
Create and update Architectural BIM models based on In- house BIM Guidelines / Manual and BIM Execution Plan.
Any other duties assigned from time to time or by the Board of Management (BOM).
Ensure the models and documentation drawings comply with authority submission requirements.
Drawing production from 3D models.
Ensure proper documentation based on project BIM workflow.

BIM Coordination experience using Autodesk coordination software is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Any other tasks required as assigned by BOM
Proficient in Revit for creating Architectural BIM models.
Hold a certificate/diploma or equivalent in BIM Modeling
Experienced in AutoCAD 2D/3D with other BIM related software knowledge will be is an advantage (e.g., Navisworks, FormIt, Dynamo, SketchUp, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
Able to use BIM tools to perform drawing and design work.
Hold a certificate/diploma in Architecture
Minimally 1 year of experience in Revit Architectural BIM Modelling.
