BOM Engineer

Ensure BOM accuracy for components, alternates, AML/AVL, reference designators, and quantities,
Manage part numbering, lifecycle status, and revision control,
Review and work with customer for giving feedback to EQ of PCB supplier.
Track ECO approvals and ensure timely execution on the production floor,
Any other duties as and when required by BOM Supervisor / ME Manager.
Create new alternative part number/ part changes/updates for current projects/products on ERP,
Process and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs/ECNs) in PLM/ERP systems,
Align BOMs with schematics, PCB layouts, and customer documentation,
Control revision history and maintain full change traceability.
Create, maintain, and validate engineering and manufacturing BOMs,
Coordinate change impact analysis (cost, inventory, schedule, quality, compliance),

At least an additional 2 years related to PCBA engineering experience or box- build parts assembly,
Experience working in EMS company,
Proficiency in the English language (reading, writing, speaking and comprehension),
Experience working SAP, BOM setup and change control process,
Bachelor&039;s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Solid understanding of engineering principles,
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,
Self- motivated with a strong desire for professional growth and development.
