Bottom Engineer (All Level)

Support CE team request jig : Some model have the bottom difficult stockfit or assembling we need support CE team making jig.
3d PAD creation : Base on the current 3d file we can adjust and making 3d file for pad order
Make bottom 2nd treatment guideline and data : If new model spray or printing we need to making gauge standard for supplier test first then we check part cfm and making SOP file send to production
Support ME team request jig : For new model ME team will checking time for all process if they are need some jig we need to support.
Update bottom view information : For new model we need update bottom component for each model
Order PAD and JIG for sample process : For new model after open new mold we need order pad for sample working and Jig for IMEVA process.
Stock fitting guideline creation: Checking the current part of midsole and rubber…then making SOP for stock fitting process.
Revise PAD and JIG : For improve the issue for testing about the bonding or fitting we should be revise the pad and jig as well.
Make bottom measurement data : For new model , after mold finished we need to checking length , wider , thickness ...then make standard for sample following.
Revise 2d drawing file : Can understanding the revision file from Brand then revise 2d drawing follow all information.

Experience

2d and 3d process and skill : Understanding the 2d , 3d process how to making the new 2d drawing and 3d file.
1- 5 years of 2D working experience
Educational level is intermediate or higher if you have experience making 2D drawings

Knowledge: Understanding MS Powerpoint and other document : The person can use well the rhino , photoshop,adobe illutrator,excel,word,....
