Branch Operations Management
Supervise and coordinate department managers (production, stores, administration).
Oversee daily operations of the factory, retail shops, and branch office within the branch.
Ensure production, sales, and customer service are executed in accordance with company standards.
Quality & Customer Experience Control
Handle and resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
Ensure consistent product quality, display standards, and service experience across all shops in the branch.
Conduct regular checks on operational compliance, food safety, and hygiene standards.
People Management
Lead, coach, and evaluate key management roles within the branch.
Work with HR on recruitment, training, and performance management of branch staff.
Business Execution & Coordination
Monitor branch performance and report results to senior management.
Propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Implement sales plans, promotions, and marketing activities at branch level.
Yêu cầu công việc
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple functions.
5–7 years of experience in operations or branch management in F&B, Bakery, or Retail.
Strong leadership, decision- making, and problem- solving skills.
Solid understanding of production operations, retail execution, and customer service.
Experience managing a branch with both production and retail operations is a strong advantage.
