Position Summary:
The role is responsible for leading business development, sales and operational management for the Vietnam- HCM and HP branch, ensuring alignment with Everok Group’s strategic goals and headquarters directives. This position serves as the primary liaison between the company and local stakeholders, while overseeing internal teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and lead the branch’s business development team, plan and coordinate sales initiatives, and collaborate with headquarters to manage both sales and operations teams.
Manage and maintain relationships with local carriers, airlines, suppliers, and booking agents. Ensure adherence to directives from headquarters and establish effective internal control mechanisms.
Develop and implement business development and sales strategies to achieve branch sales KPIs and management objectives.
Oversee daily operational and administrative functions of the branch to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Act as the primary liaison between Everok Group and local customers, partners and agents
