The Brand Content Strategist is the guardian of the PPP narrative. You are responsible for transforming complex medical technology (LLCS, Cool- Laser, Calecim) into compelling, relatable, and high- converting stories. Your goal is to humanize our "Clinical, Clean, Luxurious" brand, fostering a community of loyalists through a mix of educational authority and aspirational lifestyle content.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Omni- Channel Strategy
Develop and execute the monthly content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Ensure channel- specific nuances (e.g., high- energy TikToks vs. polished IG aesthetics).
Copywriting Excellence
Craft "Punchy" yet "Professional" copy for social posts, ad headlines, email newsletters, and website landing pages. Master the balance of empathy (solving skin anxiety) and authority (clinical results).
Social Media Management
Lead community management and engagement. Monitor trends in the aesthetic industry to ensure PPP remains a "First- Mover" in social conversations.
Creative Briefing
Collaborate with the Design and Video teams to ensure visuals align with the copy. You provide the "Hook" and the "Narrative Arc" for every asset produced.
Authenticity & Relatability
Execute our strategic shift by incorporating "Behind- the- Scenes," Doctor- led Q&As, and authentic client journeys to bridge the gap between the clinic and the consumer.
CORE KPIs & PERFORMANCE TARGETS
Efficiency Benchmarks
Follower Growth: Drive a 5–8% MoM growth in qualified followers on Instagram and TikTok.
Community Engagement: Achieve a 20% increase in organic engagement rate (Likes, Comments, Shares) within the first 90 days.
Conversion Assist: Track "Link in Bio" and "Save" rates to measure high- intent interest.
Content Efficiency: Maintain a 3:1 ratio of educational/lifestyle content to direct promotional offers.
Voice Consistency: 100% alignment with the PPP Tone of Voice (Professional, Reassuring, Premium).
Production Velocity: Full monthly calendar finalized and approved 7 days prior to the start of the month.

Storytelling Mastery: 4+ years of experience in copywriting or content strategy, specifically for Luxury, Beauty, or Healthcare sectors.
Tools: Proficiency in Canva (for quick layouts), CapCut (for social video ideation), and Social Management tools (Later, Sprout Social, or Buffer).
Visual Direction: A strong eye for "The PPP Aesthetic"—knowing how to curate a feed that looks expensive, clean, and trustworthy.
Social Fluency: Expert knowledge of the TikTok/Reels algorithm and a deep understanding of what makes content shareable in 2026.
Medical Literacy: Ability to digest clinical data and translate it into "Consumer- First" language without losing scientific accuracy.
The Brand Content Strategist solves our "Engagement Gap." By moving the brand from a "Silent Expert" to an "Engaging Authority," you build the trust necessary for high- ticket sales. You ensure that when a potential client lands on our profile, they don&039;t just see a clinic—they see a lifestyle and a solution they can&039;t wait to book.
