ROLE OBJECTIVE
The Brand Content Strategist is the guardian of the PPP narrative. You are responsible for transforming complex medical technology (LLCS, Cool- Laser, Calecim) into compelling, relatable, and high- converting stories. Your goal is to humanize our "Clinical, Clean, Luxurious" brand, fostering a community of loyalists through a mix of educational authority and aspirational lifestyle content.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Omni- Channel Strategy
Develop and execute the monthly content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Ensure channel- specific nuances (e.g., high- energy TikToks vs. polished IG aesthetics).
Copywriting Excellence
Craft "Punchy" yet "Professional" copy for social posts, ad headlines, email newsletters, and website landing pages. Master the balance of empathy (solving skin anxiety) and authority (clinical results).
Social Media Management
Lead community management and engagement. Monitor trends in the aesthetic industry to ensure PPP remains a "First- Mover" in social conversations.
Creative Briefing
Collaborate with the Design and Video teams to ensure visuals align with the copy. You provide the "Hook" and the "Narrative Arc" for every asset produced.
Authenticity & Relatability
Execute our strategic shift by incorporating "Behind- the- Scenes," Doctor- led Q&As, and authentic client journeys to bridge the gap between the clinic and the consumer.

Content Efficiency: Maintain a 3:1 ratio of educational/lifestyle content to direct promotional offers.
Brand Standards
Voice Consistency: 100% alignment with the PPP Tone of Voice (Professional, Reassuring, Premium).
Production Velocity: Full monthly calendar finalized and approved 7 days prior to the start of the month.
