Responsible for communication and advertising plans (ATL & BTL) for the brand
In charge of developing, executing, and managing communication & media and trial plans to increase brand penetration and offtake.
Analyze, measure, review, and report media campaign results; evaluate ROI & KPIs, and optimize for high performance and efficiency.
New product development
Coordinate with the R&D department to develop and plan research and launch new or improved products.
Research and propose new products aligned with market demand and company resources.
Develop launch plans for new products.
Manage implementation and evaluate launch effectiveness.
Market research
Conduct market research to support the new product development process.
Proactively update market changes and propose appropriate plan adjustments.
Update consumer trends.
Plan and manage the marketing budget for the brand

Strong change management abilities, multitasking skills, and resilience under pressure.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
Planning and execution of ATL and BTL marketing activities.
Direction and execution of communication strategy.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing within the FMCG industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Brand management and strategic brand development direction.
