This role will lead brand strategy and execution across our hospitality portfolio, ensuring consistent brand identity and impactful marketing initiatives.
We are looking for a Brand Manager with solid experience working at marketing/creative agencies, especially those handling clients in F&B, hospitality, resorts, lifestyle, and related sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development
Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all channels
Own and evolve the AKYN brand strategy and properties&039; brand identities
Develop brand guidelines and oversee implementation across properties and partners
Marketing & Campaign Management
Support new property openings, rebrands, and brand launches
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on creative, content, and media strategies
Plan and execute integrated brand and marketing campaigns (digital, print, experiential, and on- property)
Content & Storytelling
Partner with PR and communications teams to amplify brand presence and media visibility
Guide content creation to ensure alignment with brand positioning and guest experience goals
Oversee brand storytelling across websites, social media, PR, partnerships, and guest touchpoints
Cross- Functional Collaboration
Work closely with HR, Operations, Sales, Revenue, Design, and other guest experience teams
Ensure brand standards are embedded into the on- property experience
Act as brand steward internally, educating and aligning teams with brand values
Market & Performance Analysis
Use insights to refine positioning and improve brand impact
Analyze campaign effectiveness and brand health metrics
Monitor brand performance, guest feedback, and market trends

Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
3+ years of brand management or marketing experience (hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and multi- channel marketing
Passion for hospitality, design, culture, and guest- centric experiences
Highly organized, detail- oriented, and capable of managing multiple initiatives
Experience working with creative agencies, designers, and content teams
