Project / Deployment Management: Manage POSM design–production–allocation–tracking; support NPD launch checklist and rollout; run post- evaluation and continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Track A&P commitments vs actuals; ensure proper approval/documentation; support budget planning and efficiency/ROI mindset.
Portfolio & Product Management: Core category: Manage portfolio strategy (SKU roles, listing priorities, pack/price architecture), monitor performance and propose optimizations. New category: Lead DS GTM (positioning, pilot regions/outlets, starter kit, training/demo plan) and readiness materials.
Branding & Communication Execution: Execute DS brand plans (POSM, visibility packages, activation, local content); manage briefs, timelines, and quality; ensure message/claim compliance; support basic issue/crisis response.
Market & Business Analysis: Track market, competitors, channel dynamics, and key regulations; analyze industry/product trends; collect dealer/installer/end- buyer insights; deliver periodic DS performance and activation reports with action recommendations.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience: 3- 4 years as Brand executive (building materials/construction- related industry is a plus)
Language skills: English – fluent communication in speaking & writing
Communication & Presentation skills: Strong briefing, alignment, and reporting skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Business preferred).
Research and Data analytical skills: Data- driven mindset; able to evaluate program effectiveness
