Strictly compliant with the laws of Vietnam and company regulations.
Inventory management, to follow the KPI of the Supplier and from BOD, to avoid OOS and overstock.
Co- work with the supplier to align and follow the brand objectives.
Other tasks instructed by the line manager and/or instructions from Suppliers
Leading & deploying brand objectives to the trade.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting for the brand’s performance.
Make a good communication relationship with all other related departments to ensure the smooth operation.

Strong understanding of FMCG or retail market dynamics
Strong analytical thinking and ability to build business plans and forecasts.
Teamwork and good communication.
At least 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, 1 year in a leadership position.
Proficient in English, MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work cross- functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
