Position Objective:
A Brand & Partnerships (B&P) Associate is a strategic role focused on supporting Brand & Partnerships Manager on developing and managing relationships with the company’s key external partners to enhance value propositions of VCE’s educational brands through collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships, while governing brand equity, website, PR and social channels narrative across all school brands. The Associate will work closely with B&P Manager to ensure business growth and promote brand awareness of brands under VCE management.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Identity Governance
Support B&P Manager in the development of brand narratives centered on heritage and legacy, ensuring these core elements are articulated consistently across all enrollment and investor- facing materials.
Support B&P Manager in developing and enforcing a unified brand strategy and guildelines with consistent standards across all campuses, ensuring consistency of all brand elements including tone of voice, messaging, and creative direction
Support B&P Manager in defining and managing the strategic hierarchy between VCE and individual school brands to ensure distinct market positioning and prevent internal competition. (international vs bilingual campuses)
Strategic Partnership Development
Support B&P Manager in building and maintaining long- term strategic partnerships such as curriculum bodies (Cambridge, A- levels), accreditation bodies (COBIS, CIS, BSO), educational entities/ associations (music, arts, sports, STEAM), and other community partners such as BritCharm, NGOs organisations (UNICEF, Duke of Edinburgh’s Award)…
Support B&P Manager in negotiating terms, executing and monitoring partnership contract implementation and ensure that all commitments are fully delivered by both VCE and its partners
Collaborate with marketing and admissions team at school level to develop materials and organise partners’ events to promote partnership offers
Support B&P Manager in driving the strategy for new partnership development for VCE and its brands under management
Support B&P Manager in the development of frameworks to monitor partner performance metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
Brand Assets Development and Governance
Support B&P Manager in developing and managing a central library of brand assets (approved logos, patterns, media kits) to be used and create adaptations for school’s marketing and admissions activities
Perform regular review of school’s social media campaigns, online and offiline ads to ensure compliant with HQ’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
Manage external agencies and school marketing team to develop and manage standard media templates (including printed and digital materials), that allow individual schools to localize content while remaining compliant with HQ’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
Support B&P Manager in the process of producing of centralized high- value brand assets (including photography, TVC videos, and virtual tours) and managing its life cycle, to ensure consistent and high- quality visual representation aligned to premium brand standards
Website & PR Ownership
Ensure the Group’s Website is up to date by reviewing school’s content submissions or creating news content for B&P Manager approval
Support B&P Manager in developing PR communications plan, ensuring that all external media and press releases complied with HQ- approved brand assets and narratives
Support B&P Manager in maintaining centralized ownership of the Group’s Website for all schools, including sitemap architecture, UX/UI, to ensure security, SEO, and visual alignment
Team Management & Collaboration
Together with B&P Manager, oversee and support the marketing and admissions team at school level to ensure high performance in terms of brand governance and partnership engagement
across all campaign phases to ensure effective and efficient results
Collaborate with different departments to align brand strategies and partnership pipelines with business needs, including Finance and Procurement to create purchase orders and track payments
Support B&P Manager in reviewing and managing schools’ marketing plan and budget to track traffic performance and managed ads spending
Other tasks as assigned by the B&P Manager
