A Brand Marketing Leader works closely with Sales teams to understand customer needs and market trends, ensuring branding activities are implemented at the right time through effective online and offline campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Branding Strategy (Core responsibility):
Manage branding timelines, deliverables, budgets and campaign performance.
Build and manage brand identity, positioning and messaging across all channels (social media & offline events).
Develop and implement branding and marketing strategies aligned with the Company’s business and commercial objectives.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, communication assets and touchpoints.
Plan and execute branding campaigns to increase products brand awareness, brand recognition and market presence.
Sales team Collaboration (Collaborative role):
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on: creative concepts and campaign ideas, visual direction, packaging and communication materials.
Work closely with Sales teams to understand: Customer needs and buying behavior, market demand and consumer trends, feedback from corporate, retail (MT) and wholesale customers
Develop branding plans that directly support sales objectives, product push and market expansion.
Coordinate with Sales to identify when branding activities are needed, including: online branding campaigns, offline events, product launches to plan and execute promotional strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving visibility for new products.
Present branding plans, concepts and results to Management/ BOD when required.
Prepare periodic marketing and branding reports (campaign performance, brand visibility, market feedback).

Requirementes:
Good coordination and multitasking skills.
Experience in Digital Marketing is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing/Branding, background in FMCG, F&B is a strong advantage.
Ability to analyze customer needs and propose customized solutions.
Strong communication in both Vietnamese and English.
Basic aesthetic and brand sensibility (packaging, visual presentation, product storytelling).
Company trips, team- building activities.

Base salary: 16,000,000 – 18,000,000 VND/month (depending on experience and performance)
