Bridge System Engineer (BSE)

- Complete assignment/task independently
- Project:
+ Main responsibility in controlling quality of deliverables meet with customer’s expectation
+ Cooperate with Leader to achieve project target;
+ Main responsibility in getting customer requirement, expectation and create basic design, database design and detail design. Based on this documents team can implement project;

- Degree of IT (Bachelor, Associate)
DESIGN EXPERIENCES (require)
- Creative individual with strong communication skills
- Discuss, analyze, and hold meetings with customers to report and clarify requirements
- Gather requirements and understand expectations from Japanese customers.
- Ability to propose improved solutions to customers.
- Japanese (reading/writing/speaking) is a must ( N2)
- Capable of understanding technical matters during discussions with the Dev team and negotiate them to clients
- Have experience creating Basic Design / Detail Design based on requirement by Japanese
TECHNICAL & MANAGEMENT SKILL (optional)
- People with creativity and high communication skills
- Knowledge of Infra setting
- English communicate.
