Deliver Annual Revenue and Profit Growths as planned a. Responsible for delivering the Value and Contribution Margin for Project business and Market Share gain in the Projects segment in assigned region. b. Execute entry strategies and contact plans for main contractors, developers and architects. c. Monitors competitors’ activities, strategies, organization chart as well as prices. Come up with the plan against the movement of the competitors. d. Do forecast and deliver committed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales target.2. Ensure adherence to defined processes a. Key Accounts management to deliver projects revenue. b. Ensuring stakeholder engagement as per agreed design in line with BU guidelines and delivering desired reach.3. Build Robust Pipeline for the Projects Business – Large & Medium Projects a. Promote company’s products through main contractors, developers and architects by providing specification assistance to enhance confidence in our products and services. b. Utilize existing databases to assign leads and target New Construction segment. c. Develop a pipeline of targeted sites in the New Construction segment if not available in the country. d. Develop Refurbishment/Maintenance leads in a cost- effective manner.
