Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail- oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, improve business processes, and support the successful delivery of projects and systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Translate business needs into clear documentation
Work closely with product, development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions against business requirements.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
Support project planning, scope definition, and change management.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements or automation solutions.
Create process flows, use cases, and wireframes where required.
Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure delivery alignment.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with requirement- gathering techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
BA certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI- PBA.
Industry- specific experience (e.g., Banking, Healthcare, IT, E- commerce).
