Business Analyst

Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Convert business needs into functional requirements for the software system.
Documentation
Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and System Requirement Specifications (SRS).
Create detailed business processes, workflows, use cases, and data model documentation.
System Design & Specification
Assist in designing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX).
Define the system architecture, data flow, and integration points with other systems.
Work with software architects to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.
Participate in client presentations to demonstrate the business value of proposed solutions.
Provide end- user support and training for the new business workflows.
Testing & Validation
Support QA teams by validating that the software meets the business and functional requirements.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).

Strong analytical, problem- solving, and communication skills, talkative person
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Information Systems or a related field.
English: Good communication skills (both written and spoken) is an advantage.
