Business Analyst

Location: Geleximco Building- 36 Hoang Cau, O Cho Dua, Ha Noi (Softel Solutions – a subsidiary of HTH Communications, USA).

We’re a fast- growing software and telecom company — part of HTH Communications (USA) — providing nationwide wireless and broadband services through our brands AirVoice Wireless, AirTalk Wireless, and TAG Mobile.

Only one interview round at our Office (30–40 mins, Vietnamese/English). We’ll confirm within 1 week after application review.

What you’ll do
- Collaborate with the U.S. product team to clarify needs and define solutions.
- Work closely with testers to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Create clear, detailed documentation and specifications.
- Gather and analyze business requirements for key software projects.
- Support user manual creation and process documentation.

Position: Business Analyst (4+ Years of experience, Good at English, Product Mindset)

What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT / related field preferred.
- Experience in ERP, E- commerce, or Telecommunications is a plus.
- Strong English communication (verbal & written, IELTS 7.0+).
- Analytical mindset with solid documentation skills.
