Business Analyst

Develop product requirement specifications, including written descriptions (concept notes) of functionality, flows, charts, wireframes, and mockups.
Build up and manage end- to- end product development with the technical team, including product backlog and competitive features development, business and consumer journey excellence, development and launching, and continuous product innovation.
Monitor competitor products and ensure our offerings remain superior.
Create, maintain, and own the product roadmap and product backlog.
Collaborate with stakeholders (finance, requester, tech, operations, customer services, etc.) to finalize concepts, working flows, and ensure smooth execution of related tasks.
Align individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure target achievement.
Comply with the company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards.
Utilize popular BA/PO management tools and work effectively within Agile/Scrum culture and processes.

Experience working with WMS, OMS, ERP, POS, and Promotion systems, with an understanding of system integration.
Solid business analysis and logical thinking skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
Good knowledge of system integration, data flows, and APIs.
Strong skills in business and functional documentation.
Self- driven, proactive working style with an Agile mindset and adaptability to change.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
From 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
