Business Analyst

Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and detail- oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in IT communication who are ready to take on full BA responsibilities and grow in a dynamic, client- facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders.
Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams throughout the SDLC.
Create and maintain documentation such as BRD, FRD, use cases, and process flows.
Assist in UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
Translate business needs into clear functional and non- functional specifications.
Continuously improve processes and contribute to product and service enhancements.
Support product backlog grooming and sprint planning in Agile environments.

Strong communication skills in Thai and English
1+ years of experience as Business Analyst, IT Communicator/ Translator or similar role in an IT project environment.
Eagerness to learn and take on full BA responsibilities.
Basic understanding of software development and IT systems.
Strong analytical thinking and problem- solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
