Business Analyst/ Chuyên Viên Phân Tích Nghiệp Vụ (Fintech Project) - Phường Sài Gòn

Support requirement clarification during development to address any newly raised issues or unclear points.
Prepare, collect, and verify documentation related to the software development lifecycle, including BRD/CR, UAT Sign- off, and Production Deployment forms.
Participate in and support SIT and UAT testing processes.
Organize backlog grooming and requirement review meetings to present and discuss changes with relevant teams.
Plan and monitor the implementation progress of features and change requests according to the approved priority order.
Coordinate with the development team to estimate and confirm project implementation timelines.
Collaborate closely with development, operations, and design teams to build prototypes and deploy solutions effectively.
Create and manage tickets (Feature, User Story/Use Case, Issue/Bug) to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
Liaise with the development team and business stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Clarify and consolidate change requirements and implementation scope from relevant business units.
Prepare and complete required Business Analysis reports. Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Maintain and manage Business Analysis documentation (e.g., Business Requirement Specification, Technical Requirement Specification) on the internal storage system.

Professional certifications, such as CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis), are preferred.
Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
Familiar with Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, Bizagi, Confluence.
Familiarity with change management and performance evaluation processes.
Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational abilities.
Strong logical reasoning and critical thinking.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
2- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking, Finance, or FinTech industry.
Experience in designing, developing, and deploying RESTful APIs.
Basic knowledge about some Programming languages and Database SQL.
Strong knowledge of database design, query optimization, and data management.
Proven track record in product development using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree with good academic standing.
Excellent problem- solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Domain knowledge of Banking or Finance (Credit Card, Installment, Insurance and Cashloan) is a strong advantage.
Proficient in office computer skills, especially excel, word, powerpoint.
