Business Analyst

Work closely with SoCom, Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams to collect data, validate assumptions, and ensure data consistency.
Follow established data definitions, reporting standards, and governance frameworks.
Conduct data analysis and support deep- dive studies to identify performance gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Support tracking and analysis of SoCom performance across key metrics, including revenue, operating profit, cost, and service efficiency.
Assist in developing and maintaining performance dashboards and reports for weekly and monthly reviews.
Support performance- related initiatives and improvement projects by tracking progress and impact.
Prepare clear reports, presentations, and data visualizations to support management discussions and decision- making.

Education background requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Corporate Finance, Economics, or related fields
Experience/Industry requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and convey actionable insights.
Hands- on experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in e- commerce, FMCG, or data- driven environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to cross- functional collaboration with Commercial, BI, and Tech teams.
Experience working with performance dashboards, KPI reporting, or commercial analytics.
