Business Analyst (Finance)

* SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:- Analyze business performance across operations, finance, supply chain, and HR.- Support management with data- driven insights and reports.- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.- Support cross- functional projects and decision- making.* ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Collect and analyze data from various sources (ERP, HR, Finance, Operations).- Prepare dashboards, reports, and analysis on KPIs, trends, and performance gaps.- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities.- Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.- Translate business requirements into data analysis and reporting solutions.- Support management in evaluating business cases, scenarios, and investment decisions.- Work with cross- functional teams to validate data accuracy and assumptions.- Present analysis results and insights to management in a clear

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or similar roles.- Strong analytical, problem- solving, and critical thinking skills.- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple stakeholders.- Good communication and presentation skills.- Good English communication skills.
