OVERVIEW
The Intern will assist in bridging the gap between the Digital Technical Team and other departments (Procurement, Finance, KAM, Logistics). This role focuses on supporting project delivery through rigorous UAT coordination, comprehensive documentation, and proactive data preparation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Coordination: Monitor project timelines, schedule meetings, and update milestone trackers to support PMO activities.
Testing & Rollout Assistance: Help coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and provide basic technical support to end- users during system Go- live.
Documentation & Data Support: Prepare project- related documents and assist in cleaning/organizing data for system uploads.
Requirement Gathering Support: Attend meetings with stakeholders to assist in identifying business pain points and drafting "User Stories."

Final- year student or recent graduate majoring in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or Industrial Management or relevant field.
Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
Proactive, with a strong “can‑do” attitude.
Eager to learn and explore new technology tools.
Solid understanding of Project Management principles and Business Processes
