Business Analyst (Junior)

Collaborate with the development team to estimate effort based on client requirements.
Assist in user training, product handover, and acceptance testing after project deployment.
Support test case creation and perform product testing before client delivery.
Collect, analyze and document business requirements from clients according to project needs and development phases.
Conduct business process analysis, describe workflows, use cases, and scenarios to define business, UI, and functional requirements.
Perform other project- related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or Team Lead.
Prepare and maintain project documentation such as Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), etc.
Design mockups, wireframes, and complete UI screens for applications.
Work closely with clients to clarify requirements throughout project implementation.

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Good English communication skills capable of reading technical documents and communicating directly with foreign clients.
Strong problem- solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Proactive, hardworking, detail- oriented, fast learner, and eager to grow in a professional environment.
At least 1 year of experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data/Big Data, or other IT- related fields.
