We are looking for a Business Analyst who can effectively translate business needs into clear requirements, create essential documentation, bridge communication among cross- functional teams, support QA validation, and coordinate smoothly within a global offshore development environment.

Support QA scenario design and functional validation
Gather, analyze, and define business requirements
Bridge communication between PM, Designers, FE/BE engineers
Create BRD, functional specs, API specs, user stories
Manage communication in a global offshore development environment

Strong documentation skills in English or Korean
3 years+ of BA or System Analyst experience
Broad exposure to multiple domains & project types
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

Experience in eCommerce, ERP, Logistics, SaaS
Experience with Korean clients or global teams
Tools: Jira, Figma, Notion, Confluence
