Identify root causes, not just surface- level requests
Act as the bridge between Ops – CSM/AM – Tech – Product
2–3 years of experience as a BA or Product Owner
Prefer solving problems over writing lengthy documents
Aim to grow into a Product Owner/Manager role
Facilitate meetings, assign action items, and follow through
Remove blockers and ensure progress in Agile/Scrum
Work closely with CS/Ops to understand user behavior and operational risks
Ask critical questions and eliminate “just because” requests
