Business Analyst (Onsite HCM)

Location (Onsite): District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam
The Business Analyst sits between Client&039;s Product & Operations team in Kuala Lumpur and the engineering team in Vietnam. The role takes business requirements through to delivered software across web, mobile, and the backend admin portal. Client is a regulated digital asset exchange under the Securities Commission Malaysia, and most work touches compliance, risk, or group integrations in some way.
What you&039;ll do:

Coordinate delivery between KL and Vietnam. Take business requirements, translate them into technical scope, sequence the work, and unblock dependencies across backend, web, and mobile.
Prepare data and configuration for Compliance and Risk. Pull data extracts, build monitoring tables, and make configuration changes to support FEP monitoring, DRB reporting, AML and CFT obligations, and evidence packages for SC submissions.
Lead QA on new features. Design test cases, run them on testnet and production, reproduce reported issues, and verify fixes before release.
Run release management for the platform. Supporting App Store and Google Play submissions, coordinate hot fixes, manage feature flag rollouts, and watch production deployments through to stability.
Run product cadence. Lead the weekly product and engineering sync and daily stand- ups. Keep written updates flowing on delivery status, risks, and dependencies.
Support vendor and integration work. Supporting as point of contact for vendor integrations. Keep technical documentation current on Confluence.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have:

Track record of turning business needs into specs and test cases that engineering can build against.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or similar.
Three or more years in a business analyst, product analyst, or delivery coordination role in a software product environment.
Working understanding of API integrations, web and mobile release cycles, and Agile delivery practices.
Fluent in English
Comfortable in JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, and Figma.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with trading systems concepts such as order types, matching engine behaviour, and fee or tier structures.
Previous work in a regulated environment such as a digital asset exchange, fintech, payments, brokerage, or banking.
Exposure to AML and CFT screening tools, transaction monitoring, or KYC vendor platforms.
Experience working with distributed engineering teams across time zones.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Leave: 12 days of paid leave per year.
13th- month salary.
After passing the probationary period, can get 1 WFH working day/ week
