Job Summary
HQSOFT is looking for a Business Analyst with at least 1–2 years of experience, preferably with exposure to Distribution Management System (DMS). The ideal candidate is detail- oriented, strong in documentation, and can confidently communicate in English with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Support solution design, especially in DMS- related processes (order management, inventory tracking, sales operations, retail activities).
· Assist QA and Dev teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business goals.
· Follow up post- deployment to ensure requirements are delivered and users are supported.
· Prepare clear and structured documentation: URD, BRD, use cases, user stories, flowcharts, etc.
· Present and explain business needs and deliverables in English when required.
· Translate business requirements into functional specifications and workflows.
· Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements, workflows, and pain points.

Requirements
· Excellent communication, logical thinking, and problem- solving skills.
· Familiar with requirement gathering methods and tools.
· Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
· Basic understanding of SQL/data queries is an advantage.
· Strong skills in business process modeling (Flowchart, BPMN).
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
· English fluency (both spoken and written) – essential for documentation and client communication.
· Experience with DMS systems is a big plus.
Compensation & Benefits
· Salary: up to 20 million VND gross/month (depending on experience and skillset).
· Remote every Friday!
· Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
