Business Analyst

Translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements.
Analyze and optimize business processes related to payment gateways, transaction systems, financial reporting, and risk management.
Communicate effectively with cross- functional teams in English, Chinese (Mandarin) communication is a plus.
Support system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and assist with issue resolution.
Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure timely delivery of high- quality solutions.
Monitor and evaluate system performance post- implementation to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Prepare clear documentation, such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and workflow diagrams.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Hands- on experience with BA tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
Strong analytical, problem- solving, and process improvement skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills in English or Chinese
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Payment or Financial services industry.
Strong understanding of payment systems, transaction workflows, settlement processes, and related financial operations.
Detail- oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
