Job PurposeAs a Business Development Manager, you will be the spearhead for Zimaw in new markets. Beyond traditional outsourcing sales, you will act as a Strategic Solutions Consultant (Consultative Selling), helping international clients optimize their technology operations through our flexible service models.
About ZimawZimaw is a Danish- owned technology services company providing premium IT solutions to the international market. We focus on five strategic service pillars: Software Development, Managed Services, Dedicated Teams, Consultants, and Test Services.
Key Responsibilities
Managed Services: Explore long- term partnership opportunities for application operations and continuous improvement based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and system governance.
Software Development & Test Services: Identify and consult with clients needing end- to- end software project delivery or modern Test Center solutions to ensure high- quality product releases.
Build relationships with decision- makers, identify business pain points, and drive deals from initial outreach to closing.Work closely with the Delivery/Technical team to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, competitive, and aligned with client expectations.
Research target markets, customer segments, and competitors, with a focus on Europe and Southeast Asia
Dedicated Teams & Consultants: Connect with businesses looking to scale their workforce rapidly (from 1- 2 to 10+ members) or seeking specialists with niche technical skills to solve complex challenges.

Experience: At least 2–5 years in Business Development/Sales, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in selling Managed Services or Dedicated Teams within the IT industry.
Solution- Oriented Mindset: Ability to consult on the best- fit solutions based on the client&039;s scale and specific needs, rather than just selling existing products.
Professional Skills: Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and international technology service models.
Independence: A "start- from- scratch" mindset, with the ability to build action plans independently and take full ownership of sales targets.
Language: Fluent English (Professional level), with the capability to negotiate directly with foreign clients.
