Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outreach via LinkedIn, email, and networking events.
Initiate conversations with prospects, understand their business challenges, and identify potential collaboration opportunities.
Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and potential target markets.
Support the sales process by preparing materials, proposals, and coordinating with internal teams.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide insights for continuous improvement in outreach strategy.
Collaborate closely with sales team to align goals and messaging.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a professional command of English.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales- related roles, preferably in a B2B or IT environment.
Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills and strong motivation to build a career in international sales are also encouraged to apply.
Self- driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast- paced, target- oriented environment.
Experience engaging international clients across regions such as the U.S., Singapore, or Europe is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
