JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Planning:
Conduct research to identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and extend the client portfolio.
Build your own sales plan and list of potential clients, including quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans
Sales Execution:
Collect intelligence related to the demand, market, and competitors through daily activities to continuously upgrade the strategies and share insight to other teams within the vertical (e.g. Product teams, Account team, etc.)
Conduct research and build effective approach strategies for each strategic clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Manage effectively the sales process through prospect development, proposal, presentation and closing negotiations to achieve company goals.
BD program optimization:
Support the managers to build and upgrade sales materials (e.g. Sales script, Email templates, Communication flows, etc.)
Share constructive feedback to the managers/directors to continuously improve the BD process.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Driven, self- motivated, can- do attitude, brings optimism and positive energy to the team
Strong commitment to business growth with strong influencing, persuading and project management skills.
Minimum of 1- 2 years of successful sales experience in professional B2B environments, preferred experience in the digital marketing agency field
Strong relationship and networking skills
Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant field.
Strong client service mindset
Excellent analytical and presentation skills with sufficient business acumen & marketing sense
Strong problem- solving and research skills
Experience with KOC/KOL/CELEB booking is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, analytical and management skills
Willing to learn and challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone
