Business Development Executive

KOL/KOC Collaboration & Partnership Development
Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights through reports
Research & Selection: Identify, analyze, and propose high- quality KOLs/KOCs aligned with brand positioning and campaign goals
Content Direction: Guide KOLs/KOCs on content strategy to maintain consistency with brand messaging and campaign objectives
Business Expansion: Identify new partnership opportunities and contribute to market expansion strategies
Partnership Execution: Proactively reach out, negotiate, manage contracts, and ensure smooth collaboration with partners
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long- term relationships with KOLs, KOCs, and key IBs
Community & Growth Development
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align community activities with campaigns
Support and manage community growth initiatives across social platforms and groups
Engage with communities to enhance brand presence, user trust, and retention
Event Organization & Media Relations
Content Materials: Update press releases, media kits, and communication materials regularly
Media Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and external partners
Event Execution: Assist in planning and organizing online/offline events, ensuring smooth operations and strong engagement
Cross- functional Collaboration
Experience in community management and social media growth
Salary: Up to $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)

Proven experience in KOL/KOC management or community development
Basic skills in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Figma), video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools)
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
Contribute ideas for campaigns, branding, and user acquisition strategies
1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or related roles
