Business Development & Market Expansion
Execute outbound sales activities: meetings, presentations, events, and direct prospecting
Develop B2B2C, loyalty, employee benefits, wedding, and brand partnership programs
Identify, prospect, and develop new corporate clients across key industries
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
Solution Consulting & Sales Execution
Structure product bundles, incentive programs, and long- term cooperation frameworks
Design and present business proposals, commercial offers, and partnership models
Consult clients on corporate gifting, jewelry, diamond, voucher, and customized solutions
Deliver high- quality presentations and business pitches to decision makers
Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure
Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, terms, delivery, and service level agreements
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Pricing, and Operations to finalize contracts
Ensure smooth contract execution, delivery, and post- sales support
Key Account Management
Improve retention rate and contract renewal performance
Develop and manage strategic corporate accounts
Maintain long- term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
Drive account growth through cross- selling and upselling initiatives
Pipeline & Performance Management
Manage all opportunities through CRM and sales pipeline
Forecast revenue monthly, quarterly, and annually
Track sales performance metrics: win rate, AOV, sales cycle, pipeline coverage
Conduct win/loss analysis and performance optimization
Internal Collaboration
Collaborate with Product teams to develop tailored corporate solutions
Work closely with Marketing on B2B campaigns and lead generation
Leverage PNJ’s ecosystem (Retail, Style, Wedding, Art, Corporate Gifting) to maximize customer value
Yêu cầu công việc
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
Experience
Experience in premium, retail, luxury, gifting, hospitality, finance, or FMCG sectors is a strong advantage
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Proven track record in corporate sales, key account management, or enterprise partnerships
Skills & Competencies
Excellent presentation and solution consulting capability
Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement
Proficient in CRM systems, MS Excel, PowerPoint
Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
Solid analytical mindset and pipeline management capability
