Manage full sales cycle including:
Prospecting & identifying new business opportunities
Qualifying leads (Inbound & Outbound)
Preparing proposals, quotations, and closing deals
Meeting customers, understanding business needs
Support preparation of market research and competitor analysis for Enterprise Accounts.
Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline in CRM system.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers and partners.
Participate in events, conferences, workshops, and forums to expand network and partnerships.
Conduct customer meetings (online/offline) to present solutions and consult customers on ERP/IT solutions.
Receive, evaluate, and qualify Inbound Leads from Marketing channels and convert them into Business Opportunities.
Collaborate with Presales & Technical teams to propose suitable solutions and pricing.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Growth- oriented, proactive, and results- driven with a positive attitud
Proficient in identifying opportunities and crafting effective sales strategies
Fluent in English with excellent communication and persuasion skills
1- 3 years of B2B sales/business development experience (domain IT), with a proven track record and direct sales (customer facing) experience, preferably in ERP industry
Excellent problem- solving, multitasking, and time management abilitity.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence decision- makers
Strong networking abilities with clients, partners, and cross- functional teams
